I would say those speakers are not worth $150.
For $150 you could probably do much better than a pair of 90's speakers made by a company that primarily builds cheap throw away cars.
But I've never heard them and there's only one way to tell if they are worth $150.00 to you. Go listen to them.
The 2 amplifiers mentioned make it worth checking out too.

Some of Mitsubishi's products were built like tanks. I remember their dual mono power amps for example. I own one of their gorgeous DAF-20 tuners (in my avatar, though not really tank like). These speakers are one of those very well built products. In the same series (1980's) are speakers that look like direct Yamaha clones.
The speakers are probably worth about $500 without the amps.

Back on track, I think they could very well be worth it, but a nose to nose look and listen is the only sure bet, obviously. I would personally bet with them not against.
As far as special amps for some of the speakers, I think that would be earlier than these. I had a pair that were essentially triamp driven (the 3 sets of terminals on the back certainly was a giveaway), which iirc was mated to a 3 in 1 amp or receiver (cant recall which).

Mitsubishi made some really nice stuff, even in the 1990's, though they are better known for their 70's and 80's Diatone-labeled gear. I'd bet these are worth checking out, just from looking at the pics.

Though the search engine also brings up many things that are not Mitsubishi, many of the images are, especially at the top of the page. Look at the gigantic woofer that virtually dwarfs the woman standing near it! Also pictured are some of the Mitsubishi separates that were really nice. Courtesy of Google images:
