^ ! I’m finding myself using this technique more frequently than I thought I would.
It’s funny when you try to help out the OP and then others jump in and comment about your experience and efforts to help the OP.
They don’t focus on the OP and instead focus on themselves and how intelligent they think about themselves and how wrong you are for trying to help.
It’s not about them. I like the advice of using ignore and I sure hope that anyone who doesn’t care for my opinion will find the courage to put me on ignore!

But back to the OP and this thread, I think that your Bronze will be hard to top with the MP - 200, unless the MP - 200 works a little better with your tonearm and your overall phono section from preamp forward.
Last week or so I switched from a AT - F7 mc to an Empire 2000z fitted with a LC and then switched it to the MP - 200. I am in the process of building a pair of GR X - MTM Encores and didn’t want to use the F7 for testing purposes. I am using a custom Bugle2 build that fellow AKer Oranda went through and figured out what mods to use w his build. This preamp has really helped with removing a lot of coloration and performance issues from previous preamps including the original Bugle2 & Bugle3.
From what I am hearing with the MP - 200, I really like it. I think OP will also. Let it break in before making judgement calls (some people don’t think it’s an issue and that’s okay)
I don’t find any ig distortion or sibilance with the MP - 200, but it is different from the line contact on the 2000z. MP has a little bit more midrange than the 2000z and also 3 other mm or mi carts i frequently use. I believe you will find similar differences between your MP 200 and your Bronze. The fine line of the Bronze most likely will have a little bit more detail and perform better with worn albums. On the worn albums, fine line, LC, or whatever flavor of line contact is used, will help reach deeper into the grooves that aren’t already damaged. Hence the benefit.
Is it true? In my experience it is but wasn’t noticeable until I played a recent purchase, used Neil Young After the Goldrush. It had some surface noise/distortion with ellipticals such as the MP but was better and noticeably so with the LC on the Z. I had some reservations if it was true or not but proof is in the vinyl.
Let us know what you find out with your MP - 200. If you are not satisfied, you can always change your stylus to the next level such as the MP - 300 “but was less dry and analytical than the 2M Bronze. Its overall balance was among the most pleasing of any of these cartridges, regardless of price." Quote from LPGear. That’s a bonded elliptical though.
If you step up to swapping out to the MP-500 you will get their version of a fine line. The MP 500 is one of the best mi carts I have ever heard and really is outstanding and enjoyable. Well balanced that one.

The person DID clarify that what they were expressing about the 2M Bronze was based on what they read. Seemed pretty transparent to me. Maybe I misread. Not sure why you had to go in the direction you did.

At this point I imagined refining my process so that I will eventually be able to easily swap between the MP-200 and the Bronze 2M. The 2M is perfect for my more modern rich sounding records. It’s jaw-droppingly enjoyable.
From what I have read, the MP-200 is a much better fit with my SME 3009 series II non-improved. In fact, I don’t know how the 2M is supposed to work with it. I calculated that I basically need a 1gram headshell!!!
