This is the back cover of Davie Allan and The Arrows Apache 65. The title track was a cover of The Shadow's Apache, which was also a cover from a less known artist.
He was most famous, I believe, for doing soundtracks to biker exploitation movies.
Not a modern artist by any stretch.

The Fabulous Plank-Tones (also known as the Fabulous Planktones) are a Southern California-based instrumental surf and rockabilly band formed in 1984 in Glendale, California. Rooted in the indigenous "instro-surf" sound of their native region, they play a dynamic mix of hot-rod, Jamaican, and Latin-infused surf rock.

Double Naught Spy Car is a highly versatile, instrumental Los Angeles-based quartet formed in the mid-1990s. Known for their genre-bending "surf noir" and "spaghetti western" sound, their purely instrumental work blends elements of jazz, rock, exotica, country, and psych-blues.

Leopold Kraus Wellenkapelle (often referred to as LKW) is a German surf-rock band from Freiburg, known as the "Kings of Black Forest Surf." Instead of traditional tropical themes, the band blends 1960s instrumental beat, exotica, and punk with German and regional alpine flair.

The band's quirky name originated before their first show when members wanted a deliberately "unpretentious, clunky, and silly" name. This later evolved into a running joke/myth that the band's fictional namesake, "Leopold Kraus," was the rector of a Black Forest surf school who once fled from East Germany on a surfboard.

The Treblemakers were a highly regarded third-wave instrumental surf rock band based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, active throughout the 1990s and into the 2000s. Highly celebrated within the underground surf scene, they became well-known for producing some of the standout surf rock records of the decade.

Surf Report was a popular instrumental surf-rock band from San Diego, California, active from 1994 to 2004. They gained a cult following for their up-tempo, traditional surf sound.

Trabants is an instrumental surf-garage and psych-rock project founded by composer and multi-instrumentalist Eric Penna. Originally formed in Boston, Massachusetts, the band later relocated to Portland, Oregon. Known for a cinematic, vintage-inspired sound, they blend traditional surf rhythms with 1960s library music, spaghetti westerns, and exotica.

The Shockwave! is a 4-piece instrumental surf rock band based in Finland, renowned for blending classic surf style with traditional Finnish "rautalanka" (steel wire) guitar sounds. Their sound is heavily driven by reverb-drenched guitars that call back to classic California beach music, but with a distinct, moody Nordic twist. They have released critically acclaimed projects, most notably their full-length album Contact From Space. This record is known for its original sci-fi and inter-stellar instrumentals, alongside distinct surf adaptations of 80s pop tracks.

"Squalidae" is a high-energy, instrumental surf-rock track by the Parisian quartet The Wave Chargers. It was released on June 24, 2022, as part of their critically-acclaimed full-length LP, Caravelle. The track perfectly captures the band’s signature blend of classic 1960s instrumental surf, modern rock, and a hint of cinematic exotica. The title itself is a nod to the biological order of sharks (Squalimorphi), aligning with the band's aquatic and wave-riding themes.

"Klezmer Queen of Swamp" is an energetic instrumental rock song by Spanish band The Brillantina's. It features a unique blend of guitar-driven surf-rock, frat-rock, and traditional Jewish Klezmer influences. The track is the eighth song on their 2010 album Pulp-A-Madrilla (released via El Toro Records). The band is known for their lively, cinematic instrumental sound that pays homage to both classic cinema scores and surf rock.

Meshugga Beach Party is a Northern California-based surf rock band known for combining traditional Jewish melodies with the high-energy, reverb-drenched twang of 1960s surf music. Formed in 2003 by guitarist Mel Waldorf, the band is famous for their comedic "surfin' shtick" and dynamic live performances.

The band takes traditional Hebrew and klezmer folk songs—such as "Hava Nagila," "Misirlou," and "Siman Tov"—and gives them a Dick Dale-style, upbeat surf makeover. Performances feature synchronized dance moves, members dressed in suits and hats resembling rabbis, and a custom "Torah" from which they read Henny Youngman-style jokes.

In 2011, the group recorded an original song with Rock and Roll Hall of Fame guitarist Duane Eddy. They have released celebrated albums such as Let's Go Shleppin'! and Hot Rod Hanukkah.

The track was released on their 2008 album Let's Go Shleppin'!. It perfectly blends traditional klezmer and Jewish folk scales with the classic California surf sound
