Need 3-way Crossovers.

All I know is that an L-pad works by putting some resistance in series along with some resistance in parallel. That way the overall load stays the same. If you only put some resistance in series then it changes the crossover point.

I used this calculator to figure out how to pad down a tweeter by about 3 dB...

I'm a bit confused as to whether your drivers are 4 ohms or 8 ohms or a mix of both...
His woofers are 4 ohm.

His midranges are 8 ohm.

But, he's running the mids tandem(see his avatar), parallel strapped. So, they present a ~4 ohm load.

Given the budget constraints, and drivers already in hand, a crossover scaled for the impedance loads with a knee point centered in the hole between the woofer and mids is about the best solution i can come up with.

I welcome correction.

And he will still have to deal with the issue of a sensitivity mismatch between drivers and that would necessitate an L-pad configuration being added for the louder drivers, in order to tame them down.
 
It is simple and less neat, but I have concluded by adding a couple of subwoofer amplifiers and I think it's quite good:
