Need Advice ASAP !

So, I own a Triumph in a Harley world.

Oh, and I love BMW's, Aprillias, etc... great bikes !

P.S. My avatar is a Triumph Speedmaster - that's what I own and ride and they're still made in England. Triumph started building bikes 2 years before Harley and have never stopped !

When I was much younger, I use to collect bikes, mainly BMW's and Honda sportbikes, as I worked at a Honda BMW dealership, my entire garage was full of old Honda sport bikes and some new ones as well. And I had as my main BMW ride a BMW RS100 R imported from Germany, Candy apple red paint on all the fairings, and all the instrumentation was in kilometers, since it was not made to be imported. I loved riding that even though it was not as fast or racey as the Honda's I owned. I also had two old BMW's R67/1's they were both exactly the same, some guy from Canada, begged me for them and I finally gave in and sold them. I had some really mint totl Honda sport bikes as well, about 30 of them. I got into a pretty bad accident and then slowly sold them all off. I wish I had just one of them now, for those nice cool weather rides. Those two old beemers were just like the one pic below.

Came close to getting another Bonny - but the SM just felt right for some reason - I do like it a lot.:thmbsp:

You should get another one - those crashes can and do put the fear of God in you - had a couple of fairly bad ones myself when I was young, stupid, and fearless. Sounds like you know you're Honda's - Honda still makes a crazy good bike - my son bought a 750 Shadow and loves it - it's his first bike - darn I remember when the Honda 750-4 was KING of the road - a buddy of mine had one and ironically a guy here in town has one exactly like it - he even wears a metal flake helmet when he rides it. You really should get another one - there really is nothing like that feeling - Matt and I plan on hitting way back country roads the entire trip - no boring interstates on this trip.

Lord have mercy - I just clicked on the thumbnail you had of the BMW - -- WOW WOW WOW - now that's some bike !!!!!
