I guess Mac thinks that folks will buy either mono amps or the 303 for the front channels and the 4 channel unit for the sides and rear. I'll stick with my 207's. I need 14 channels as I tri-amp and Bi-amp. I wonder what Mac thinks folks will use for driving the remote amps. They don't make the remote control panels or switching networks any more. Wonder what folks are using now days? Thats one part of the business I haven't kept track of. I am trying to convince Apple to allow us to use multiple Apple TV and Airport Express with Multiple computers so I can have different or the same sounds at my option for different areas and either from one or multiple computers. Right now my system has 4 zones, 3 off the C-34V and Two that over lap from the MX 151. Allowing the C-34 to feed the MX 151 or the MX 151 to feed the C-34. You can't do both at the same time. Its one or the other. Zones are Master Bed Room, Sewing room/Office, Out doors and the HT/sound room.

The8 channel amp could be used with Control4, Crestron, etc. and follows standard connections used today. The 4 channel amp is very powerful and is designed to match the new CI speakers and will be especially popular with Atmos style ceiling speakers.

How much ATMOS mixed product is being streamed? How many releases both for pro and home cinema is actually being mixed in ATMOS?
Is this like the DTS push when none of the movie rental outlets had DTS release for rental?
Is this more presentation sizzle hiding for a tough steak? Or just another obsolescence trap by the midfi hifi companies.

We were a Crestron dealer for a while back in the early 2000's. For folks that wanted automation it was the answer. It didn't interface that well with the. Hifi amps we sold at the time. They wanted us to use their amps only. Anyways I own a Country Coach RV and the top of the line Prevost conversions all have Crestron systems in the coaches. It makes it easy to display tank levels, fuel levels, voltage levels, play music, watch DVD, satellite etc, control the lights and the heating , air conditioning and floor heat. Plus monitor what's going on outside from multiple cameras around the coach. The system will tell if a bay door or engine door is opened or left ajar. It will collapse the satellite antennas automatically if you start the engine, turn off the TV;'s and do other. neet tricks. The problem is while the Crestron system maybe dependable in homes or commercial installations, they all fail fairly regularly, or become obsolete, very periodically. I think the issue is because there is never a true ground in the coach unless you are connected to shore power and even then ground connections aren't always that good. Anyway if you decide to buy a used Prevost conversion at anytime or age make sure the Crestron has been up dated and working properly. I would rather have two Separate Mac systems. HT for the front and a stereo system with two zones one for the basement outdoor, and the bedroom, that could sample the sound for the MA 8900 or MA 9000 for the bed room. All the speakers would be M&K. There is a digital dash by others with touch screen, that will do everything else for the coach, that can be displayed on all the Oled TV screens if you wish. or your iPads.
