Fisher fan here. I own no less than 8 Fisher receivers (800, 500-C, 700, 400, 304, 601, and one I can't identify). I also own a pair of XP9 speakers. My presently use the 500C driving a subwoofer/satellite Advent speaker system.

My only Fisher so far is the lowly Japanese built 190B and a pair of low end bookshelf speakers bought for $10 from a local GW been gutted plan to use with new drivers for a DIY build. Actually nice sounding low powered cap coupled receiver - looks all original still works well just the stereo beacon is out.

Almost forgot about the 100 Microceiver I just got. Once I found the loose transistor inside and put it back in its socket it now works well. Nice sounding table radio.
