Looking at the schematics I can locate them there but will look on the board. Would this be a desolder and resolder job? And what sort of capacitor (I am assuming that’s what these are) would fit the bill a replacement?I would Replace....

I apologize for not following up yet. I had to put this project on hold the last few weeks...jumping back in.Pay close attention to polarity when removing from the board. Don't remove from the board until you have the replacements in hand. Or take photos and make notes. The polarity marks are on the plastic sleeves of the capacitors.
