Depends on who it is. Since they can still be easily found, if one knows where to look, for $50 to $100, some people would say that's what they are worth. Big table sets usually bring much better money than consoles. More powerful, top of the line, versions, also bring a premium, like anything else, also if it's been recapped already..
But most German Consoles fall into the $50-$150 range. If it works, it's usually worth a little more, although someone who can fix it won't care. It's going to need to be gone through anyway.
Most German sets look about the same and have similar circuitry. The only brand that seems to bring a good premium is Saba.
