Opinions on MA5200 intergrated?

Hello all,

I placed an order for a new McIntosh MA5200. Any current owners opinions much appreciated. Not a lot of reviews out there for this.

So we ended up getting this and couldn't be happier. The sound is everything I hoped it would be and somewhat surprising is that the lack of tone controls is completely a nonissue. After spending time with it, I can't imagine that anything I would do concerning changing the tone would be of any benefit to the way this amp reproduces music. Go for it! Heartily recommend. I have it paired with Heresy 3s and it's all around effortless.

I purchased an MA5200 in November as an upgrade from my Yamaha A-S2000. Couldn't be more pleased. Beautiful effortless lush sound from Martin Logan bookshelf speakers. It's in my office, runs all day every day. Using mainly audio CDs and Internet Radio (Grace Digital tuner), and more recently FM and HD FM (Sony XDR-F1HD tuner) as program sources. Beginning to look at the MAC6700 as an upgrade -- but it is far from a done deal. Overall, very happy with my MA5200.
