Hi. I need to buy some Toshiba transistor parts for an amplifier made in 90s. Some of the parts are found at B+D Enterprises in Florida. Can anybody give feedback regarding their product reputation? Thanks.

What transistors? Maybe there are new numbers that can be bought at DigiKey or Mouser.

Ok Redk9258, good to know that. They're mostly long discontinued items, such as Toshiba 2SC2240.
