I had a pair of 476's!!! Like a dumb-ass I sold them a few years ago. (along with my Philips system) I saved up when I was 14 (1980) and bought a Philips set-up. If I remember correctly the speakers were $179.00 each. Great speakers with few problems. I had to have the woofer replaced on one of them. I listened to ALL the heavy-metal bands back in the day and those speakers got quite a work out.....

I need , I need
one , or a pair of woofers for this model.
I bought a set and since the woofers are behind mesh screens I didn't pay too much attention to them as I was planning on refoaming anyways. Well one is the original and the other is a philips but a much bigger magnet version and not witht he funky inverted dust cover.
If you have one or know where I can find one of these woofers please let me know.
