Here is Neutron's 2 ch. vinyl only ( well almost ) system. It's my Denon DP-62L with DL-103R MC cart and TTWeights center weight, McIntosh C-39 pre, McIntosh MC-7200 amp, Cambridge 640P phono front end, iPod ( with lossless rips ), and my Carver AL-III's with modded internals and modded Infinity woofer replacing the OEM woofer.

Here is the view from my seating area. The room is doing double duty for the Christmas tree.

This is a shot of our upstairs gameroom:

And this one is downstairs in the family room. We just bought and moved into our new home this month so we are still in the process of buying furniture. But these 3 rooms are still very comfy, quiet, and sound great.

The 2 ch. system is as been said.

The upstairs gameroom is: Yamaha PX-3 with Denon DL-160 MC cart, McIntosh MC-7270 amp, Klipsch KG 4.2's, Denon DVD-2800 II, Technics SL-p3 ( yes, fully operational and minty fresh! ), XBOX, SONY surround sound reciever, 8 ft. diagonal screen, Optoma 720p LCD projector, DBX 400x switcher, Pioneer center and rear speakers, Monster Cable HTS-5100 power center, AT&T U-verse stb and Gateway. I just added my B&W CDM-1NT's to the mix as my main speakers while the Klipsch are my movie and XBOX speakers.

The downstairs family room: Krell Showcase pre/pro, Denon POA-8300 3 ch. amp, Denon POA-8200 2 ch. amp, Denon DVD-2900 dvd player, Monster Cable HTS-5600 power conditioner, custom built HTPC w/ 1080p HDMI out, Definitive Technology BP8's main, Bostom Acoustics center and rear, Definitive Technology 15" 800 watt subwoofer, 48" LG display, ATT U-verse DVR.

anyways, very cool! i'm a life long U2 fan myself. i've been listening to them ever since the early 80's when the "october" album came out. i was in grade school, and all the other kids thought i was odd for listening to songs like "gloria" and "fire" through my boombox. had tons of great stories while chasing their concerts and visiting joshua tree national park and other places when the rattle and hum video came out. cool stuff. :thmbsp:

Yup, that is a poster, a B-Day present from my son. When U2's "Boy" came out, I took a flyer & bought the LP unheard, and was pleasantly surprised by the atmospheric guitar work & songs in general. Big fan since that time.

Nice room Theabs and cool U2 poster. I'm also a big U2 fan going back to the very beginning. I remember my brother bringing home a demo of theirs from the college radio station where he was a DJ in 1980. Been rockin with them ever since and have seen them in concert many times. No poster but a photo of the band in concert.

Thank you. Yes original legs with a TU-9900 and a BA-3000 to drive the ZD-007's.

Yes, yes, the build, and yes. I used screen frames and attached the grill cloth to them. They are a snug fit, snug enough to hold them in place. The original grills and other pieces for the cabinets are stored in my attic so I can put them back to original if I need to.

I thought it was about time I posted some photos of my humble set-up.
The first photo is from sitting in my listening seat (couch) as is the second - with the gear to my left.
I use handmade interconnects, power cables and speaker cables which I swear are fantastic.
The speakers are Mission 733s - made in England (newer models are now made in China, I believe).
I intend to change/add a few things over the nest few months...... I want to get a Pro-Ject Dock Box for my Nano. I would like a new CD player - although the Pioneer is excellent, it is getting old. I'd love a Rega Apollo or Saturn CDP but would settle for a (cheaper) Cambridge Audio 640V2. I also intend to sell the P2 and upgrade to a P3-24 probably with a Grado Gold cartridge and eventually a Dynavector 10X5.
