You are making the most of having a small room, more so than I am. Nice gear. What speakers are those in the first pic?

Space is certainly minimal... got creative putting my horn in a closet, but it doesnt sound too bad. I actually ended up decoupling them from the corners and toeing them out quite a bit, and it helped with imaging at the cost of bass... oh well.

The speakers themselves are a custom jobby from a boutique in vancouver called ICS, made in the 70's. from what i can tell the build design is like to the speakerlab khorn clone. The drivers are EV T-350 tweets, atlas pd-4v mid horn, and eminence 15" woofers. They sound real nice

Not pictured is my rekokut n-33h table, which is currently under the knife for some custom love.

Thanks PM and Art. This is my first house, and it's been a lot of fun trying to integrate the gear with the rest of the room. I think I was initially drawn to the DQ10s because they seem to share the lines of a lot of midcentury design. But I like the way they sound too. :thmbsp: And the lighter grills on the Vandersteens are a "custom" job courtesy JohnVF. :thmbsp:

I changed some things around and cleaned up. Moved in some Leach speakers in and got rid of the window AC. Still sounds good too.

I like the guard dog! I bet that short, slanted ceiling makes for some interesting acoustics. I can imagine kicking back in a bean-bag chair in that room. Looks good.

There are two bean bag chair is for the dog lol, she has claimed it as her bed. I think the ceilings help the bottom end most. Its not ideal but it definitely works. I do actually have regular chairs to sit in for listening sessions, that or my office chair.

Im happy with it for sure.
