Wow. It's 1:30 AM and you guys have kept me up all this time going through this thread and looking at those wonderful pictures of your turntables. Thanks! The turntable in my avitar is a Dual CS 505-1 belt drive with low mass Ortophon cartridge. In my basement is a Technics SL-2000 direct drive with a Grado Black cartridge. Love that vinyl!

That is a beautiful photograph. That's not out of focus, that is good depth of field.

Haha yeh I know, I'm studying for a degree in photography. I actually faked the DoF tohide that it was blurry, and scaled it down more than I needed to! :D

I just realised the autofocus has focused on the Dylan reflection on the record... the camera has good taste!

Cheesy and out-of-focus shot of my RPM4 w/ Grado Gold. Ill get a proper one soon...

Hey, I like the "Blonde on Blonde" reflection on the record!

Good luck on your studies. I have a degree in photography. :D

My great granddad moved to the US from Glasgow.

A Glaswegian died. After a few weeks he heard the unmistakable accent of a fellow citizen. He went over and introduced himself and explained he was a new arrival to the afterlife. His new friend asked: "What do you think?", to which he replied: "Frankly, I'm a little disappointed. I find heaven not a big improvement over Glasgow." His new friend replied: "You're not in heaven!"

Nothing wrong with a little post work!

edit: just saw the little P.S. on there... that is why it was out of focus for everything else, focus was a few feet deeper to get that. Good taste indeed. Nice work salvaging the photo.
