Post your photography!!

These was taken in my back yard. Yes, my wife touched the doves. She can't keep her hands off animals. The hawk hung out until the squirrel was dead. We got a few pics.

From Norway.

The attached panorama from the family summer house in South-Eastern Norway was taken without a tripod with a 2.0 Mp (!) Olympus C-2040 camera and stitched using Panoramamaker.

There is nothing really spectacular about the photo, but I just love this vista simply because I grew up with it. I must have fished, for cod and mackerel, literally thousands of times in these waters, casting off from shore or from our boat.

A larger version of the photo is accessible here.

Thanks for letting me share.

A couple shots from outside my bedroom window. Got kind of cold last night(37)...water's about 40 degrees warmer than the air temp. Looked cool as it started to rise. Not bad waking up and seeing that view every morning.

National Cathedrial

Here's a crappy shot of the National Cathedrial from the rooftop of the building I work in...

Excuse the even crappier compression... Just thought some that will never get a chance to see a National Treasure would like to see it...

Here are some closeups of a black widow spider I shot recently. Had to lay on my stomach to get these shots with a closeup lens on my Olympus E-300 DSLR.
And one shot of a praying mantis with reflection.
The 2nd shows her with an egg sack, I think she had about 3 of them. The pictures are not as detailed and as clear as I would like them to be, as I had to shoot thru the web to get any shots at all.
Black widow spiders are very secretive and do not show themselves a whole lot. They pretty much only come out of their lair to feed or mate. The 3rd pic shows her feeding on a caterpillar that was caught in her web. You can also clearly see the distinctive hour glass mark on the abdomen in this shot.

Nice work, Joe! I didn't know you are into photography. I could have done without the snow, though. We will be seeing plenty of it soon enough...

Can someone please explain to me how to embed pics in a post? I have a rarely used Photobucket account that I'd like to use for posting pics here.
