PSVane issue....

[Tromatic]

Ordered two 12AU7's. Delivered to someone in Texas. I'm in Oregon. Assuming I'm out money and tubes.
Eta directly from psvane. Just venting i guess.

contact the seller, if you have proof of delivery to some address that isn't yours this should be an easy fix provided the seller isn't awful.

Anyplace with even vaguely competent customer service will apologize and ship a replacement set of tubes to you at no extra charge.

[ceylon]

no, youre not out money. if psvane doesnt fix it immediately contact the payment method and tell em how youve been ripped off. theyll intervene.

what a pin in the nexk. sorry dude.

[macyjrm]

Sorry you are experiencing these conditions. Right here on AK BarterTown reside multiple people who routinely sell tubes to other members without any resulting complaints. Many of these tubes are NOS or recent manufacture and most vendors are able to test them prior to delivery.

Pretty tough to beat old Baldwin labeled 12AU7 organ pulls. Quite often Raytheon black plates. They would absolutely destroy anything from Psvane.

+1 and need to mention much better longevity and much better matching triode section to triode section.
