So sad...Love Maurice White!! What a voice!! Such a genius.
My Mom always loved R&B and when I was a little kid (she used to listen to WSDM-FM "Smack dab in the middle") she dragged me down to somewhere on south State street in Chicago (Rose Records iirc) because EWF's first album was introduced and she HAD to have it....and none of the stores in the suburbs carried it yet.
