Realistic speakers

I came across a pair of Minimus-10 speakers today. The cabinets are walnut veneer, and they are heavy for a little bookshelf speaker. Anybody know anything about them? Are they worth picking up?

I haven't asked yet. They have been at this thrift store for about two or three months.

I have a pair of Minimus 7's that the kid uses with her stereo. They put out really nice sound for the size. I would pick them up if priced right.

Got a pair of Realistic Optimus 2B's the first of the week at Goodwill for $9.99 a little Old English scratch remover furniture polish and some walnut wood filler for a chip on one edge and they were good to go. Really sound good especially for there size. Happy Happy

I have a pair of those,they sound better than MC 1000s. Like most RS stuff from that time period, excellent build quality, fit and finish.
