Rectilinear speaker

l just picked these up anyone know of rectilinear? I can't find much info on them. But they sound sweet to my old ears

Welcome to AK! Can't help, but watching with interest because those don't look like they came from the Rectilinear company that I know. Did the Brooklyn/Bronx Rectilinear (the one I know) ever use horn drivers?

Even though these speakers have the Rectilinear name on them they bear no resemblance to the vintage 1960's and 70's models that are commonly featured and discussed here on the AK speaker forum. The midrange drivers look really inexpensive and vintage Rectilinear speakers never used horn drivers of any sort. Some company has "borrowed" the well respected name and put them on these speakers, but as long as you like the sound they produce that is what really matters.
