RF-7 upgrades

you have not said what it is that you hope to achieve nor what you are capable of doing or willing to do with respect to modifications (woodwork or soldering and such). Since you did not mention having any modification experience I will guess that you do not. It would be advantageous if you were to spend some time on Google and at the Klipsch forum archives as well as the archives here and do some serious searching/reading. Find out what people have done to RF7's and decide what sounds like it might be of interest to yourself and most importantly modifications that you would feel comfortable undertaking on your own.
Once you have done that and then if you have specific questions about the differences that specific mods make or questions about executing steps in a modification then you can get exact answers and help. That will save both you and others a lot of time.

I would like to update my cross overs for better seperation and also I am quite capable of doing most all work myself , I doubt any cabinet work is needed , unless additional bracing is recommended, I'm going to get some dynamat and dampen the horns for sure

Wayne: can you explain what it is that you want your crossovers to do differently? There is separation between amplifier channels but not in crossovers at least not in the same way. Signal is divided into two different bandwidth ranges by the crossover. I don't want to guess here what you are looking for. If you want greater resolution and improved detail then you will need to reduce distortion in the speaker system.
Cabinet brace work will go a long way to help is implemented properly. Horizontal cross braces below and above each woofer will help to stiffen the motor board which needs to be extremely rigid. Vertical panel braces on the sides top and rear panel will also help All these braces should be interconnected with struts to result in a rigid matrix where energy is dispersed as evenly as possible the more interconnection the better. This also has the additional benefit of breaking up standing waves and reflections within the cabinet. This will result in improved coherency articulation and dynamics as a result you will hear more detail and spacial and ambient qualities will be improved as this low level sounds are more easily heard and not smeared by structural resonances.
You can take a look at post number 32 on the attached link to see the style of brace work that I am suggesting as installed in a Klipsch Quartet cabinet.
