Sansui VU meter

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for a VU meter for a Sansui 7070 I am resurrecting. I suspect the VU meters from the 8080s and 9090s, maybe even the 6060s, are the same. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, welcome to AK

This is listed in the the service manuals

Power meter parts # for Sansui 7070 is: 4300920

8080 & 9090 manual indicates the same part #.

The 6060 & 5050 manual i have is not as complete as others and did not indicate that.

Thank you for the link. They have them listed at 15,00 EURO which is about 22.00 USD. Checking on shipping charges. Expensive little unit...

Yes, they do but the price I saw $35.00 plus.. I am looking for a better price. I found one (1) meter on ebay and bough it. I have another lead also but I will still consider any suggestions.

Have a look on the page I linked, just over half way down on the left had side in the list of spares for a 7070 -

Meters, Power meters - $55 pair on plate.
Meters, Tuning Meters or Signal meter - $25. ea
