After some digging around I answered the question of the
positive to ground caps. It's for the bias supply. I'll contact
the cap guy and inform him to ensure to wire up the
multi section caps normal polarity. Maybe he got the
idea that all the caps should be this way, I don't know.
I've highlighted the HHScott LK-150 Nov62 revision schematic,
of which a portion is is the power supply caps.

PS - Anyone have a lead on caps (thinking of using different supplier).
Or of part kit to make my own caps in a sleeve with proper
tabs and also the chassis tabs to mount them?
The link to the bulbs didn't work any longer, I'll try to find other links.
Anyone have a good readable copy of the revision layout?
