Looks like the table is a Dual idler.

One of the better compact systems ever made too, and the best tuner section in such equipment. HH Scott pre 1973, USA built except for the Dual being German.

Wow, I've never seen that Scott before. Does it have an address on the back (Maynard or Woburn)?

Looks a lot like 1970ish era - the pushbutton and knob layout is exactly like the 386, for example.
