I can never seem to successfully search and find transistors on mouser.
Is there a way to cross reference ?

The ones I am looking for are :

2sc853
2sa545
2sc536

Thanks

Ksc1815 for the 536. From searching the forum, no idea if it is truly suitable as I hear it is fully dependent on multiple other factors I don't really understand.

It is best to say what they are used on and where they are located, ie. assembly number and reference designators
You can not expect Mouser to support/sub Japanese transistors from the 1970's those numbers are very old,
Although did you even ask Mouser support, they are very helpful, may be of some help.
it is best to get the data sheets if you can for those devices, match up form, fit, function, knowing the Vce max, Ic max, package, ft, Pd(power dissipation) etc

Hi Ivan,
Thanks for the info.
Can you help me learn how you did that ?
You bet.
I have a personal cross reference sheet that I've compiled.
Many times what I do is Google said transistor and Audiokarma - e.g. 2SC536 audiokarma. Then I go thread digging and reading.

Yes, sorry, the DCX-2300.
I have found that one of the 2SC853 is bad.
So should get a set of BD139 and KSA1013 ?

As the other guys have said, you can use BD139/140 pairs, KSA1013/KSC2383 pairs or KSA1220A/KSC2690A pairs. If using the TO-126's you may have to enlarge holes in original traces carefully with a 1mm drill bit.
