just had a thought .. try swapping live neutral ..hot/cold .. at the power plug . this will hopefully make it zero volts on the chassis
Swaping the plug 91.7V

damn .
test your power socket ground to live should be same as live to neutral ..
neutral to ground should be 0v
do you have a safety capacitor or 2 lying around ?![]()
From ground to live 0.537V
FRom live to neutral 230V
?
your socket looks wired wrongly ...try neutral to ground .
Neutral to ground 230V
ok ..power bar or wall outlet are reversed live neutral ..or you have live neutral confused .BTW all this mesurements are from a power bar conected to the wall outlet.
If this is important?

i am thinking of trying a safety cap from chassis to centre tap primary (white / white-black connection) a y2 cap should be the correct one .
Peter do you think that the problem could be the Filter caps? I changed all the electrolitic caps, and tantalum already.
One filter cap look ugly ...
The sockets are like this.
So what do you suggest?
The AC leak you think could be from the contact of the trafo and the chassis?
Or i could be grounding something wrong from a board to the chassis?
Im going crazy with this:scratch2:
Thanks for the help!
check resistance (ohms) chassis to all primary transformer wires one at a time .. amp unplugged of course . then same with secondary side ...
then from primary to secondary .
primary is in secondary is out in case you don't understand .
