Show us Videos of your systems! Let's see and hear them!

Thanks.

Makes me wonder how good mine could sound properly recorded.
 Would certainly add to the separation and help alleviate floor bounce and all those things. ;)
You are very welcome! :)

For me, it made a big difference. The mics and their placement are golden. Followed by room acoustics during the recordings. This guy has some nice tips.
My opinion: mic'ed videos of the speakers sound different from direct preamp recordings. Especially in the lower-mid/bass. More life and not as flat and dry-sounding. So, the work to refine the recordings is worth it.

A few weeks back I asked the editor of Stereophile Magazine if they would like to review my low cost system with Craigs List/eBay parts-sourced speakers and included a YouTube clip.

They thought enough of it as to ask me to write an article for the magazine.
wink

I’m trying to get staff to come over for a listen.

le TR est primordiale, les meilleures systèmes passent à côté.............

Il est préférable d'avoir un système modeste dans une bon TR

100 % — Tous les bons ingénieurs du son seront d'accord avec vous ! 100% — All good sound engineers will agree with you!

J'ai vu Popa Chubby plusieurs fois en concert. Très divertissant ! I have seen Popa Chubby several times in concert. Very entertaining!

No but the issue is the phone mic sensitivity is horrible and Im pretty sure is omnidirectional. The reason I decided to play the system louder then usual is to see hear the dynamic and impact of the subs around the crossover point and hear that about an octave before and after that point.

You all have inspired me... :rflmao: :rflmao: :rflmao: I hooked up one of my Rat Shack systems in the garage this AM. Damn thing played really well. No antenna, inside the garage, and after sitting in a closet for 2 yrs. I recorded a short to just see if I could and posted it on the Tube. Will try my daily driver later this weekend.
