I'm sure there are cheaper ones out there, but I like these:would you happen to have a link for the proper breakout board?

thanks. i was hoping for boards with the pins on one edge but if the pins are on 2 edges, the ones i have on hand for the sop8 seem like they would work just fine..they accommodate .65mm on one side and .95mm on the other.I'm sure there are cheaper ones out there, but I like these:

I also would like a board with the pins on one side. One will probably show up sooner or later.thanks. i was hoping for boards with the pins on one edge but if the pins are on 2 edges, the ones i have on hand for the sop8 seem like they would work just fine..they accommodate .65mm on one side and .95mm on the other.
15 cents each vs $1 each. plus i already have them so.....
i'll have to get some 2SA1873 on hand to be sure.(figures that i had just put in a mouser order before this came up.)
saved your choice in my watchlist just in case. thanks again.
i searched ebay before i posted and the only ones i saw, were populated. There is a person on ebay that has them listed, cheap too. Ordered a bunch but got a notice that my order was canceled for the reason of none in stock.
The Tupelvo board is posted in the Sansui 217 Restore thread they did.

Can you give me some words to cut-and-paste into a “hey, we’re all looking for a part like XX with YY to help adapt SMD to through hole, so post here if you know where to source such parts”?
I like that. Where did it come from?
I've done this using a pair of TO-92 parts stuck together but its pretty awkward and looks bad. This is a tidier solution and I wager the thermal tracking is much better being on a common die like the original through-hole part was.
With the Toshiba part I referenced, the gain matching is super tight, <1% difference as measured. Naturally, the mutual thermal tracking would be about as good as it gets.I've done this using a pair of TO-92 parts stuck together but its pretty awkward and looks bad. ,2SK184 J-Fet can be replaced with a 2SK209. It is the same die in a TO-236 package.
Note that the 209 is only rated at 150mW compared to 200mW for the 184.
Muting transistor 2SC3326-B,LF replacement for commonly used 2SC2878 in Denon/Onkyo that go noisy. Should work in other muting applications.
