Source for Thorens TD166 AC Adapter

The 16v AC Power Supply for my Thorens TD166 MkII hums. Does anyone know a source for replacement/alternative 16v 160mA AC Adapter?

Im sorry I dont know where to get a replacement for your thorens.

However, I am curious about the humming. Are you hearing like 60 cycle hum thru your speakers or just with it plugged in, tranformer windings?

Are you sure that the source of the hum is the power supply? Did you play a bit with the 4 tiny cable connections to the cartridge? Did you try reversing the AC plug position?

Just with the adapter (wall wart) plugged in. Unplugging it or clamping the case tightly eliminates the "hum"

Can you open the adapter to gain access to the transformer?

The Transformer is probably loose.
