Southern California AK 2022 / 2023 Meet-up Info & RSVP

We can change the date to the 21st, the 28th, or into Nov. 4th, 11th, or 18th. Linda likes to watch football on Sundays. What works best for most people?
 
Those dates in October are out for me; would not hold up the event, but the November dates are good for me
 
Nov 11th and 18th work for me, and I'll be happy to assist.
I have the subwoofer I put together about two years ago that I'd like to bring, along with a power amp and crossover for it. I also have a pair of basic open-baffle speakers with EV drivers I can bring, if there is still interest in them. If anyone is curious about chip amps, I've got a TPA3255-based Fosi Audio TB10D. It's def. not particularly special, but its sound quality is impressive, especially for the size and price. It would be fun to swap it into a system in place of whatever amp is normally used for comparison.

All those dates except Oct 28 work for me. My wife watches 3 or 4 games on Sunday and MNF and TNF.
 
OK, I'm now looking at Oct 21st, Nov 4th, or Nov 18th. There seem to be several conflicts and Nov 11th is Veterans Day, so people may want to be with their families.

So here is your chance to select a date; Oct 21th, Nov 4th, or Nov 18th.

If you can attend, pick your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice, or "It doesn't matter" If it makes no difference of any of the three days, let us know and we'll work around those that do prefer specific dates. If you can't make any one or two of the specific dates, select those that you can in order of preference.

Don't forget to PM me for the address and phone number. We are in the North Tustin area. Thanks and I hope to see everyone here.
 
I will be coming from San Diego: anyone coming from my area, or maybe along the way, who might want to carpool let me know

Any of these dates work for me as of right now. Oct 21, NOV 4th or 18th. You guys choose and I should be good for those.

I also have it on SACD and LP, which I can bring. Both are excellent, but quite a few have preferred the LP. It'll be interesting to compare the DSD version to them.

Also, if anyone has favorites with LOTS of deep bass, bring 'em; I'm planning on bringing a sub that will handle it. It's actually pretty funny how loudly and deeply this sub will go.
 
For the best sound in the living room, the Oppo95 player is connected to the Pure Direct 2.0 and 7.1, and DVD inputs. The best sound is obtained in the Pure Direct 2.0 mode and it does not support subwoofers. The 7.1 and DVD inputs do.
