The phenolic ring tweeter and horn look like they could be decent quality US or Japan sourced units and the woofers don't look half bad either. I wouldn't write these off entirely without an inspection and listening session if they were real cheap. These could be perfect "garage speakers"! (lol)
They look old to me, but not familiar. Look cheap? Hard to say. I thought they may be some lesser known brand that I previously hadn't seen. Plenty of those around.

I thought the same thing about the tweeters. Plus, those screw type terminals look like 60's or early 70's stuff. Try pulling out the drivers and see what is on the back of them. Post more/better pictures.
I haven't seen them, someone is selling them. I asked them to look harder for a name brand, answer came back "ECI, no other model number". I've never heard of ECI, has anyone? Sounds like a store brand.
Sounds like a ripoff of EPI speakers. How much are they selling them for?
Remind me of Essex Group but not sure.

ECI was the push line from a small chain of electronics stores here in Texas.
