These are bookshelf size, no markings on the back except screw terminals. Only marking is the badge - looks like "Mark"

Looks like some generic thing sold at a long gone discount store like maybe Shopper's City.

All the electronic parts stores sold those drivers in the 1960's. I can tell you from personal experience that they worked very well. I used a larger box tha that one. If I had them today I would use a small 3/4" dome with them.
Parts Express sells one very much like it.
