Speaker IF Help - Square, 4 tweeters, nice wood

Love to know what these speakers are, they do look interesting though what looks like 4 cone tweeters is different. Look like nice wood cabinets.

There was something else like that on AK awhile back, 4 tweeters in the corners, what the heck was that?

I agree it's worth investigating. It may still be a train wreck with those tweeters but OTOH it may have actually been engineered to work pretty well that way.

I did a quick search on "four tweeters" (including quotes) and didn't see them. All I found was the Bozak B-305 (which these are definitely not) and a crap pair of AAL or some such that had 4 piezos across the top. But I only looked thru the first two pages of results. I'm pretty sure there was another speaker that showed up here that had tweeters at the corners. Can't say for sure it was the same one but it haunts me.

Me to, on multiple search sites and tried square speakers to with various combos of wood and vintage.

Any ideas if that is a makers mark or logo under the top left tweeter?

That white mark that looks like an A is probably a chalk mark 7. Maybe a lot # for auction?

I wonder what that white vertical strip is with the 5 black dots. Can't be level controls, it's only a 3-way speaker. Some kind of a supertweeter? Never seen the like though.

Unfortunately I was not able to be there when the sale opened yesterday and the audio stuff was long gone by the time I made it. Darn this working for a living, though given the black hole of meetings and interruptions Friday morning turned into I would have rather been at the sale first thing.
