How do you know when you should re-cap a speaker cabinet? Even though the speakers are old, If the capacitance measures out, should it still be replaced?

If the electrolytic caps are 10 to 15 years old they are done, period.

ok, considering it's a pretty easy, inexpensive thing to replace, that's good enough for me
