Stylus Replacement for Grado F3+?

I have a grado F3+ cartridge without the stylus. What grado replacement stylus works for this cartridge? Or should I replace the whole cartridge.

I picked up a pair of new needles for the Grado FC+, but they will fit the F3+:

Grado part #: *526-D7

0.0007" conical tip. Good for 16, 33 1/3, and 45 RPM records

NOW, I'm not sure if they do have a cross-over part for these old stylus, but hopefully that will give you a lead.
