Talk about needing a hobby...

Rob, I am RARELY EVER without a mustache - when I was a little tyke, I fell on an old metal floor furnace grate, and split my upper lip all the way in two up to my nose. Thank heaven I was small enough I don't remember it. The centerline of my mustache starts just right of center on the bottom and angles up to the left, following the ridge of scar tissue. I usually clip out a little triangle at the bottom to make it appear "right" to the casual observer. (It is my only concession to vanity!)

Well, that and the Lederhosen...

I was going for the academic look. I got the "alcoholic academic" look, somehow.

Now that made me laugh!

Im still working the goatee thing but used to have a full beard. I haave the same problem as Sandy. I will probably let it grow out for a spell this winter but it comes in pretty grey nowaday. My wife likes the beard but the grey, well, not so much.

OK Fotno, since it's Christmas:

OH the fur on his face is frightful
but his wife finds it so delightful,
The razor's been tossed you know,
Let it Grow, Let it Grow, Let it Grow!

I've worn a mustache most of my adult life, with the occasional scary mountain man beard thrown for good measure, figuring the more of my ugly mug I could hide, the better. I've fought the trend towards goatees, figuring at my age I'd look like a 40 year old trying to pass himself off as a 25 year old.. But at the insistence of several female coworkers I grew one out. What I discovered is not only did I look like I was trying to be young , I also ended up looking like Macaltecs older brother....

But the chicks seem to dig it...

Okay, now all we have to do is wait for Mac to show up!
