Nice looking unit, looks like the tuner isn't working. Not mine, no affiliation.

I've seen and heard that unit in person, and $20 is a steal. Very, very well constructed and thought out unit. Those Norwegians knew what they were doing. The rosewood, aluminum, and lights are truly beautiful in person. Interesting tidbit: the tuner in that unit is voltage controlled (not capacitance controlled, like most analog tuners we know and love), so the tuning knob is actually a 100 ohm pot. And so are the 5 station memory buttons and knobs. You really don't see those every day.

:scratch2: So, it's possible that a squirt of DeOxit might fix the tuner?

I don't know, I've never had the unit apart, but I've looked at the schematic and heard the unit. It might, it might not. For $20, it's worth it for the sound quality alone, IMO. Of course, you may need to get some RCA -> DIN adapters for the inputs (of which there are only two, IIRC - phono and tape). It's also very service friendly, I hear.

Not in my experience. No FM is more likely a failed +25V supply or some other issue. But, for $20 I'd have bought it in a heartbeat.
