Technics SL-D2 turntable $?

What would you guys offer someone for a Technics SL-D2 turntable that's missing the dust cover, and 'the arm is missing a screw to keep it balanced should be easily replaced'?

I have a SL-D2 TT that I bought for $20.00. It was missing the headshell and the dust cover has one of the tabs broken where it goes in the hinge. I use it as my secondary TT and I'm using a AT 433E cart with a AT12XE stylus. I like the SL-D2 overall.

I'd probably offer between $20 & $30.00 for it if its in decent shape otherwise
