The ** Dreaded** NFL Playoff Prediction Thread

Well first half is in the books and its a mixed bag. Colts have stopped themselves a couple of times or would have a bigger lead. Their pass rush is not really getting to Rivers (we miss Freeney!!!).

Bolts are getting a little banged up so may be slow them down a little get a stop on D to start the second half and we put together a couple of scoring drives which forces SD to press and make errors.

If the Colts can't get a pass rush today and next week, Pats are going to waltz into the SB.
 
Well, the Packers beat us up pretty good yesterday, but I can't say it was a huge surprise. :tears: If anyone's gonna upset the Pats, it's gonna be them. Heck, they thrive on snow, always have, so there's no big advantage for either team if it does snow. :scratch2:
 
Pats have a bigger advantage in snow IMO than the Pats, 'cause weather is the only thing that can slow the Pats down.


This Bolts/ Colts game is freakin' unbelievable! Great game.

Why can I say.....the old Colts defense showed up and turned back-ups into Superstars. We can't defend screen passes or draws.......

Turnovers in the red zone usually come back to bite you and we let SD hang around until it was too late....

NE vs GB will at least have fireworks anything else will be snoozeville.........

Wow, 2 for 2 on Saturday, Oh for 2 on Sunday. That's why I'm not on ESPN I guess! Anyway, GB vs NE would be fun. BUT, I'm having a tough time thinking anyone can really beat NE. Even if they give up 20-25, they'll score 30-40! Brady and that group of receivers are just to darn good!
 
Hope not! Been a GB fan since I watched them win consecutive Supebowls with Bart Starr under Vince Lombardi! [Yeah, I'm that old! LOL] It would be a sad end to the season for a great NE team if they made it unbeaten to the Superbowl and lost there, but the one team I'd really like to see beat them would be GB ... or if not them, maybe Dallas. After that, since the Rams no longer reside in LA and aren't the same team any more (besides not being in contention -lol), I'd root for NE.
