Thanks; I didn't have to sell it, but we chose to. My (now ex-) wife and I thought it would be good to have more space after having a kid, so we moved out of central Denver to the foothills west of the city.
That house was built in 1952; we moved into a ca. 1974 "mountain contemporary" that had more space, and was a very comfortable home. Although it had a few design features, it just didn't have the vibe of our first home, the '52 MCM.

Hey folks! You all have uploaded some great interiors since I've last visited this thread! 
A couple pix are going to be a little redundant, but it all fits together so you get a feel for it as a whole - the most recent photoshoot of the Livingroom/Dining Area and a quick peek into the bedroom. More to come!
Notes: If I finally get to own this house, the first thing I'm going to do is have a company come in to refinish/seal the tile floor - these are handmade tiles from 1950s made right here on the island - you don't see floors like these anymore. The swag-chain electric is connecting the ceiling fan (which there was no electric there where it's mounted, but as a twist, I wired in the pendants to the wireless control of the fan so they're now controlled by the remote with dimmable (LEDs). The bead curtain I made myself because the doorways are 8 feet tall, and all the bead curtains I found online were too short and would've looked like a miniskirt - It's 34' wide, 33 strands, each 7'6" with like 140 wood/bamboo beads - tbh, total PITA and I'll never make another! LOL

Thank you! Here's a closeup of one of the tiles. This is one of the less worn ones. They're called 'loseta criolla' and they were made locally on the island during the first part of the 20th century. This was one of their more basic designs - some of the more expensive ones were quite intricate. I've found a company here locally that specializes in restoring them, but that's I'm sure a pretty big penny to invest in a house I do not own - fingers crossed, I'll get to do it when it's mine. Everything you see in the photos has been done with the intention of minimal damage (though this whole house is just a solid concrete box) so that it's easily reversible in the event I terminate my lease and move elsewhere. The walls have the paint that was on them when I moved in since they had only just been repainted at that time. I rent the house, and agree that the walls could be a different color. I'm not sure even how to describe this color since it's not white or even off white - they're more of a very light aircraft carrier grey. LOL It's a nice coat of acrylic which has held up well in the time I've been living here so I haven't repainted beyond the bathroom. If I finally get to own this house, repainting is on the list of improvements.
There's a center hallway that runs behind the livingroom wall which I've posted pics of earlier in this thread is behind the bead curtain and continues the swag-chain electric visible in the pics above because I wanted to hang a light in there but it had no electric at all.
The sheepskin rug that goes in this hallway was on the floor, but as you can see in the pic with the bead curtain it's now hanging on the wall where the macrame plant is hanging on the right - too nice to get walked on LOL

Fantastic setup! Can't go wrong with Pearsall. Pearsall and their company Craft Associates made some of my favorite MCM designs.

$9.99 at Goodwill! The Tony Paul lamp was $6.99 at the same Goodwill a month or two later.
Now that I'm in retirement, I'm trying to thin the herd of cool stuff we accumulated from our parents, yard sales, and other travels around the area. I took some pictures this morning to try and find out more about this side table (we always called it the Enterprise because of the offsetback shelf). Did some searching and it looks like it has some good provenance! Its stamped Westwood 1504 on the bottom - looks like its a Heywood Wakefield piece! We had no idea!

I've been keeping an eye out for an appropriate MCM table to put my bedroom audio system on and found this table on FB Marketplace recently. It's a Hans J. Wegner sewing table. The seller was interested in passing it along because this one was missing the original hanging basket and drop leafs on the sides. It is perfect for my needs and matches the other teak MCM era furniture in the room. The top grain is just gorgeous and only had a few visible scratches here and there. The low shelf is a bonus for my lesser used tuner, CD player and music streamer.
If you search for this item online you'll find perfect condition specimens selling for $2000 to $3000. I paid significantly less.

Amazing find! I have a couple of Wegner chairs, this one (Getama GE-260) was significantly discounted because it was missing the brass connectors from the arms to the back, rendering it less valuable. I love it as is! Seen with Nelson Cigar hanging lamp overhead.
