This is funny...in a sick kind of way

Wonder if a one pound bag of what ever it is he is smoking comes with it!

After all that PURE BS he gets the rated output wrong. It's 120 WPC-STUPID!

Some AH's will try anything seeking the sucker born a few seconds ago.

Now watch him sell it and at his price:dunno:

Gary

"feel free to kneel"; hmmm; doesn't an ak member with a g8000 use that terminology? I believe his name is Peter also. I'm sure a zero must've been misplaced and he means $350. A g8 is a nice piece but it would have to be 24 carat gold plated to be worth $3500 in my estimation.

I think he means 3500.00. . .Mentions it too many times. . .

He thinks he'll snag someone with more money than sense during the holidays. . . .

People either think that vintage gear is worthless or that it is priceless. . .This guy is hoping for the later.

Is this not ak member Peter Cassidy who thinks the sun rises and sets on a g8000? Sure does sound like his style of writing. I could be wrong but it's the right state and the right 1st name. Who else uses the term "kneel in front of the g8000?" I'll gladly sell him mine for a grand and he could more than triple his profits. I suppose though there just maybe someone simple enough to pay that foolish price. I'm betting there isn't though.

Well I can top all of that for sure. I have a very pretty G 8000 I will gladly sell for $3500 and as a super colassal bonus I will throw in three just as pretty G 9000s to sweeten the deal. Thats a total of 4 fully functioning and very pretty units or to put it in his ignorant terms a total of 1200 watts of pure power you and three of your best friends could kneel to.

I do wish we could track CL sales just to see if some fool bites.

Gary

I have no sympathy for the fool who pays 3500 bucks for this receiver. . . If it is a rip so be it and the buyer is a fool, a wealthy fool but a fool. If it is on the level then he's still a fool. . .

If you have 3500 bucks for this sort of thing then more power to you but if you only have 35 bucks it is almost too hard to come up with 3500. . .

My guess is he'll be sitting on it at that price. Kinda like a lot of those people that bought playstation 3's hoping to get rich. I see there's a lot of those still advertised and at much lower prices. I do hope they get stuck with them as that's pretty low to go scoff all of them up and scalp them. Leaves the guy that would pay fair retail for a ps3 empty handed. G8000's aren't as popular as ps3's and you'd need to find a Jethro Bodine with uncle Jed's backing for Peter's try at instant wealth. Try it again in another 20-30 years Peter when the supply has dried up somewhat and the dollar is worth 10 cents.

No one will buy this.

1. You would have to be insane.
2. CL is the land of cheapskates looking for a deal. If you want to make good money on something like this you have to look to e bay. And as has been stated over and over, even on e bay they don't get but a 10th this.
3. If this is an AK member looking for a rube, bad karma on you man.

Take care,

Ed

Could everybody stop kicking Peter Cassidy until he has a chance to speak and clear up just who it is that's selling this thing.
Put yourself in Peter's place.

:lmao: The seller still doesn't know his math. A copy & paste job still.

Oh, speaking of :ntwrthy:, I don't bow down to my G-801 (a G-8000). I stare at its face, because it's sitting at eye level. :D But then, if it crashes to the ground, crushing my feet...
