Rare self release from this Adelaide, Australia band. I got to meet them and see an outdoor gig when I was living there in the late 80's. My girlfriend at the time knew a few of the guys in the band. They had a big Simple Minds sound and did a few of Simple Minds cover tracks.
Had to add this one to DISCOGS, found it here at a pawn shop.
Nick Cave & Warren Ellis - Mars: National Geographic Original Series Soundtrack
I should have more Nick Cave material but I don't. I do have quite a bit of Warren Ellis' material with The Dirty Three. I though Nick paired with Warren only recently due his Dirty Three work but found out he was one of The Bad Seeds since 1994!
Hunters & Collectors - Collected Works
Good introduction to this Melbourne band who went from university art-school gigs, to being a solid pub-rock band who sold out east coast gigs doing things on their own terms. They were the only band around with a french horn in the line-up for example. They were always a bit left of centre yet somehow found their way on the classic rock stations down here.
