ALOHA!
Hmmmm. I don't think I have listened to this one. Or if I have, my memory fails me. I need to give it a listen.

I had no idea that this soundtrack was JAZZ based - or I simply have forgotten. Gave it a quick listen via Amazon Music Unlimited. Nice. Thanks for posting that. The SOUNDTRACK was unknown to me, but I did watch the movie when it released in 2014.

Another I don't think I'm familiar with. But keep in mind that I burnt the candle at both ends and in the middle this work season, so my brain is like a strainer at this point. Who knows what I have forgotten. Regardless, I'll check it out. Thanks.

You, sir, are on a roll of unknowns to me. Very well done indeed. I now have my afternoon set for listening to these albums you have posted. Mahalo.

Looks contemporary to me. Thanks for the post. I believe I've listened to this one.

I first heard this lady on CJRT Jazz Radio Toronto. I really like her cover version of Joni Mitchell's "Help Me"

@BillyBatts Billy, do you have any Anita Baker? You need to get this one on vinyl!

I just got this CD from eBay. I already had it in FLAC from a friend, but found the CD for chump change, so I had to order it. Dutch Jazz at its finest.

That's wonderful, Chicks. I would love to see her in concert. If I get super lucky, maybe she'll come to Blue Note Hawaii.
