Warrington-Runcorn New Town Development Plan : Districts, Roads, Open Space

I've enjoyed the three albums purchased already, so I've downloaded a couple more this morning. Gordon Chapman-Fox has given his project the rather long winded name "Warrington-Runcorn New Town Development Plan". The music sounds new, yet oddly 70's Tangerine Dream/BBC Radiophonics/Kraftwerk familiar. The concept is the hope and planning that went into a 70's English property/community project 1/2 way between Manchester and Liverpool and the eventual decay and even destruction over time.

I can relate as there's a similar community hub nearby that has also fallen into disrepair, disuse and faded out. We missed out on the high rises but got urban sprawl instead.
