I have a Thorens TD 145 w/a broken tone arm and a Thorens TD 115 w/ a TP 16? tone arm. Can I take the tone arm from the cheap 115 and install it in the 145? Any help would be appreciated.

Your TD115 should not have a TP-16 on it. If for some reason it does, it could be used, but the stock arm for the 115 would be incorrect.

I guess I was mistaken, the manual says it is a TP-30, can I use it?
