a copy of the schematic or knowing what the function of these things is, would help tremendeously. Sometimes when looking to match all original parameters, you endup missing on a good replacement. I learned this the hard way

We didn’t know these would be needed that long ago. And nah I’ll let him buy them. The repair cost was quite high, so I don’t mind using the warranty coverage here.
All of the rest of the list has already been replaced, that list being more than 25 lines long. One of the longstanding members helped us quite a bit, but all of that was handled via pm so as not to clog up a thread.

I have seen that thread. Impressive. I suppose I should have mentioned the work done by them before this recent bout.
This was the first round. Remember, this is only one, the other has been done and is fine.

These parts I listed before are the last in this puzzle. The shop has independently tested all of the questionable components. They have to be 50 hours in by now.

I am assuming the hardest time they had was to locate those fets...possibly the 68,000uf cap, depending on size of the original

in case the 2SB/2SD trannies do not work out...here is the closest replacement I can think of:

there are minor differences that might or might not matter, depending on the circuit.
