Turntable Swap

I have a Dual 1226 that I use but am looking at a Marantz 2600 TT.

I will keep the Dual but just wondering about thoughts of which to use for primary TT. The cartridge is not an issue....

I hate to lose a chance at the Marantz unless of course no answer means the marantz is not worthy?

I'm not finding a 2600TT; do you mean a 6200???

I'd probably go for the 6200 as it looks o be a step up from the 1226 which I use in my garage. Not a slam on the 1226, it's a solid performer, but unexciting and much more complicated than the Marantz. I used a 6100 for quite a while and it was very nice,
