Yes, how does it feel when you try to turn it by hand?
The next step will be to put the platter on there, but not connect the belt, and see how the platter spins on it.

It feels very tight, cannot twist it left or right

Do you have any oil?
Light oil like clipper or sewing machine?

Oh, i can spin the platter by hand, but with the platter off, i cant turn the spindle at all.

Give the platter a spin by hand and see how long it'll run by itself.
If it stops quickly, we've found what's slowing your TT.
If it continues to spin for a little while, then...
We'll want to oil both spots while we're in here, so if you've got your oil handy.

it stops basically as soon as i stop spinning it

After doing it a few times it seems to keep its pace of spinning after i let go longer and longer

I just turned it on with the belt and it seems to be spinning at perfect speed, odd.

Ok,
It's not a hard fix.
It sounds as if the grease that lubricates that spindle has dried and gotten gummy.
The spindle itself sits in a metal pocket, and rides on top of a single ball bearing.
You can oil right at the base of it like it showed in manual. That might be a temporary fix.
But we'll need to remove the spindle, clean it, and relubricate, to do the job completely.
It's not hard, I'm sure you can do it.

i lubricated the base and the spindle turns by spinning it with my hand

See where it shows to lubricate the center shaft. Get some oil in there and spin it around a little.

You're right now at a temporary fix. It'll probably last a while, but I'd recommend pulling out the spindle at some point and clean/relubricate it.
It's up to you if you want to do it now, or wait a while.

It seems to be rubbing, and probably not the perfect size, but if you want to run it until you get a new one later, it should be fine. Just keep it in 33.
