Hold on, you can't get it on the phone either ? That means the problem could be not on your end. I've seen it happen, it is not necessarily your ISP, it can be any link in the chain from the site to you. The sites you see go through alot of placess to get to you and there are many places the chain could be broken.
And it can be regional when the problem is close to you, rather than close to the source. The closer to the source, the more people will not be able to access it.
Perhaps a call to your ISP, the might havee ways to look into this. I COULD be them, but it is alot more likely to be up the chain. Can you try your phone or maybe PC on someone else's connection ? I mean, if you drive ten miles from your house, your phone is probably not connecting through your house connection.
It is not likely coincidence that both devices cannot get to those sites.
