Hmm... There should be a brochure there with the L-780s; that's where I got info back when I had a pair.
EDIT Interesting; there was a full line brochure from that era on that site at one point; doesn't seem to be there now.
The L-880 shows its weight at 41 lbs; the 780 will be in the same neighborhood, I'm sure: 35 to 40 lbs.
(and the L-730, which was earlier than but very similar to the L-780, is 35 lbs)
